I am looking at this for a project. Is there a Materials list anywhere?

There is a list for the hardware on one of the forum pages. In regards to material list, I don't believe there is one. Try looking through the blogs. The builders describe what they used and Tim Ford shows a picture of all he used in the way of epoxy.
Some topics are asked more than once, so you may have to do a search or check each page.

This is the plywood nesting diagram I came up with for my build. These are 6mm okoume, except the left two sheets that are 5mm (foredeck, and aft-most deck). I didn't use ply for my cabin top. Some of my frame shapes (internally...) are also different than the official plan set.

Once you get the plywood and an initial order of epoxy and glass tape, the rest just gets bought and budgeted on an as-needed basis!

Thanks

Chad that will work.

Marino, I did see a hardware list was looking for an idea of the needed ply.

The i550 plans also illustrate plywood nesting with about 20 sheets. Chad's layout is a bit more economical, but didn't use a plywood coach roof. I think I used 19 sheets, but had a lot of biggish leftovers.

When I cut kits and patterns I use a set of OSB (flake board) templates. This lets me economize on waste by nesting as many parts as possible on the 4 x 8 ply sheets.
When all the hull panels, frames and miscellaneous parts are cut I've used 13 sheets with 7 uncut sheets for the kit. I buy it in 20 sheet lots because that is the first substantial price break.

I think I bought 14 sheets first. Then five more for decking.
