Yes, indeed. I know I have so much for which to be thankful (like a shiny new i550!), but I still catch myself wanting what I can't have (warm days and water for sailing it!). Lord, keep me thankful, so that I don't find out what it truly means to go without.

Wife's been cooking all day, I need to go find my stretchy waistband pants for tomorrow! My favorite holiday- family visiting and great food, without the commercial baggage of Christmas. Sampling starts this evening!

Happy Thanksgiving guys! I am spent a solid hour at my sisters today in Oswego trying to find a cool boat for my parents. My father just retired and wants a cool boat and something that requires some work.

Happy Thanksgiving from Colorado. Best thoughts go out to all our fellow tryptophan overeaters.

Cstay, 10 grand for that lobster boat sounds like a steal unless it needs to be repowered and re-everythinged. Hell, I'd buy it, my wife would be ecstatic!

...funny stort 'bout turkey....earlier this week I pulled some turkey stock I saved from making a batch for a friend...I thawed the chunk in the pot,,,added some pasta and veg,, let it cook-up and ate it.The dinner seemed quite 'rich',,soon I found myself basically passing out,,and the next day I could really feel my blood running -slooowww-.........had I thawed the stock more slowly,I would likely have seen a fat content of near ~80% or something!!...the tryptophan/fat overdose pretty much knocked me over!.........happy thanksgiving!
