....perhaps some of this could be moved to a 'builder chit-chat' thread?
..overall the tone's okay(?)....learning and info sharing,,,and good to have a dialogue between class and builder, fersure ;)

...good to get back to the intent of this thread

Thanks, man!

Hey I forgot to add, the chit-chat about a potential summer regatta has been moved to the Racing an i550 sub-forum. Apologies for any confusion that may have arisen. The phpBB control panel is a murky beast.

We do need to get another thread for all this stuff. Some jousting back and forth is great, it seems to hijack this a bit though. ;)

Glad you are in micah202!

I'll put it into a HOW TO TEST MATERIALS THREAD, which interestingly enough, was addressed very recently on a kindler, gentler forum that is a spin-off from Middle School (Sailing Anarchy).

Kevin, The interior is pre-primed, chainplates went in today, the foredeck goes on tomorrow, so unless you are counting the cabin top, (I will install it next week), we should be good to go. My contact info: Mark Stieber Hull #505, Palmer Lake , Colorado. i550sailor@aol.com

I got the the deck bonded this morning, you can kinda see the boat under my high-tech clamping system. We had a birthday party to go to and was unable to make the conference call this afternoon, i would be curious to hear the highlights.

Most definitely you qualify, there was no AGM in '15. Not much going on and I didn't get it going. We should have one this year.

I would like to see another boost the cloth.
