Does the I 550 have a rating to allow it to race in multi class regattas ?

Not one that is universally accepted. There are several who have gotten ratings but the number varies depending on region. I've heard of numbers from 130's to160's being normal.

Thanks that was I was looking for it seems that around 135 to 145 is the number , being able to plan so early really changes the dynamics . Joe
