Even if the bow sits out you would want to antifoul the bottom all the way forward, because it will stay wet due to normal wave action on a mooring or in a slip. My (departed) Soling used to be antifouled because I had to keep it afloat and the long counter always needed scrubbing to keep it clear, even though it was above the boot top. It would be sensible to run the waterline from about 1 inch above the bow knuckle to about the same height or less above the bottom aft for an i550 kept afloat.
