Lofting in the living room

Does anyone know of a web site that converts decimal inches to fractions, or to millimeters? I once had a measuring tape that had decimal inches on it, I finally threw the damn thing away! What does 0.63 inches convert to anyway?

These are NOT the easiest plans to follow. Each page/panel uses different reference points/measurements, none of which line up with the frame locations! How did you guys that already built your boats do it? Guesstimate?

One last question: What fraction equals 0.26 of an inch?

The smallest reasonable increment on my tape measure is 1/32th of an inch. I just multiplied the fractional inches by 32 and rounded to the nearest 32nd. I'm sure that using a 16th would have been good enough since I can't cut to a 32nd of an inch anyway. (.26 is pretty darned close to a quarter in my book).
