Are there any i550's in the Bay?. I will be there next week and would like to contact an owner if there is one in the area.

..only one I've heard of is the one that was based in sacramento,,,but I've got it now

...he did the delta ditch run,,,a no-blow though.

...not to say there aren't others,,
,,,,I have a feeling there's a few 'off-line' builds going on :?

The map shows a few in "Thinking about building" status.

I wish Watershed would update the map. It's a great marketing tool. I sent them a PM with this request, a month or so ago, and ain't heard nuthin.'

I think it is way outdated/inaccurate. I know one of the listed Colorado Builders, never started, I don't even think he even bought the plans. I will give Tim an email, and see if he knows???
Thanks

Sorry for the late response. Yes the map is very outdated; Chad, Nathan and other are still building their boats and a number in AUZ have changed hands. One boat has cross the Atlantic to a new home. Like TF, I too have emailed WS changes and included links to the blog or Facebook so they could confirm.

I remember some about i550-141 was made into a trimeran. Yes there is another builder that moved last year to the SF Bay area and his hull and deck done. Last PM he had to do the standing rig and finish the keel and rudder.
