Is anyone crane launching?,,,, If so, how are you doing it?.

Yes, been there and done that. I tried 2 lifting harness setups. the first was from the chain plates with 2 leads aft to the spin blocks (not much load there because the plates are just forward of the CG. Even with a line around the mast, this never felt good to me. Harness 2 was from the forestay tang forward and the bridle eyes aft. This is much more solid but you still have to the lift ring over the CG for it to go up and down easy. Trick one is use a big enough ring of the hook on the lift. Oh, I use a come along on the main halyard to hold up the keels so that's not on the lift harness directly because it's forward of the CG.
